A Fix-to-Rent Loan, also known as a BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) Loan involves purchasing a distressed property, renovating it to increase its value, renting it out to generate income, refinancing to recover the invested capital, and then repeating the process with the newly acquired funds.
